This notice is from Two Whistles LLC. It covers twowhistles.com while the full site is being finished, and the text messages members will be able to choose to receive when it opens.

This site

This site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. It loads nothing from any other company. Our hosting provider keeps standard request records, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and when, to run and secure the service.

If you email us, we keep your message and address to answer it and to keep a record of what was asked.

Mobile numbers and text messages

When the full site opens, a member may add a mobile number to their account to receive text messages they choose. The number is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it before anything else is sent. We keep the number, the kinds of message the member chose, and when and how they agreed to receive texts, so we can show that they did.

We use the number only to send the messages the member asked for, and to honor a request to stop. Our text message provider, Twilio, delivers the messages on our behalf and uses the number for nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

A member can remove their number at any time in their account settings, or reply STOP to any message. Either stops all texts at once.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@twowhistles.com.

Changes

The full site will have a fuller privacy notice. When it replaces this one, the date at the top will change.
